I think it’s important to tell the agents on our team to make sure not to make the home buying and selling process out simply to be a transaction. We want to make it about the relationship. This is a big decision whether they’re selling the home they’ve lived in for years or making a financial decision to buy. The relationship between us and our clients is about going above and beyond. No matter what the price point is, everyone gets treated the same way. I take pride in making sure that everyone has a smooth experience.
